It will not be a matter of knowing the program is successful – it will start as a feeling it is a success. You will begin to see a change in the employees and feel a new level of energy within the organization. Employees will start to talk about the wellness initiatives and health in general. There will be a new (or renewed) interest in activities beyond their job requirements. Of course the hope is that absenteeism and presenteeism will decrease, workplace injuries will decrease and the quality of work and quality of life will improve as well.
