The heart of our Workplace Wellness programs is a hands-on approach to screenings, consultations, education, and workplace incentives. We go on-site to your business to help you create a healthy, vibrant, thriving workplace with energetic employees. Our comprehensive series of wellness tests include a blood profile, fitness evaluation, and stress inventory for employees, with evaluations tailored to your company’s needs and budget. Then, we provide Individual and corporate health results as appropriate, and offer education and intervention for high risk individuals. Our complete programs also offer vaccinations appropriate to your workplace, health fairs, personal training, and health coaching.

Wellness Assessments

Health Risk Assessment

Designed by our medical staff to provide a comprehensive assessment of health risk factors, our Health Risk Assessment identifies Individuals at high risk and immediately refers them to appropriate help. Our customizable assessment can include a blood profile, stress test, fitness tests, and specialized laboratory tests. We present each individual with a personal report and the company with a group summary of employee health risks. Our staff confers with each participant about their individual results and the strategies he or she can use to reduce health risks.

Screenings

Our customizable set of screenings is the first step toward gathering a grater understanding of your workforce’s overall state of health. You choose the screenings you’d like to offer your staff, and we follow up with comprehensive individual reports, as well as a detailed year-to-year corporate report with results and trends. The next step: using the information from the screenings to develop a wellness or employee assistance program that makes the most sense for your business. Visit our Screenings page for more information about the screening options that can get your business moving in the right direction.

Individualized Reports

Individualized reports combine responses from the Personal Wellness Survey, blood test report, fitness results, and stress inventory. We provide a written report with recommendations for each participant, and in subsequent years we can generate Comparison and Trend reports.

Confidentiality is integral in all the business operations of Wellness 2000. We adhere to strict policies, procedures, and standards of confidentiality, assuring compliance with the Privacy Act and HIPAA.

Aggregate Corporate Reports

Aggregate Corporate Reports provide managers a summary of health risks for the participant group with recommendations for interventions to lower significant risk areas. We provide a comprehensive summary of trends on-site or over the phone, while maintaining confidentiality of individual data. These reports are useful for deciding which course to take for your upcoming wellness program, determining incentives for getting staff healthier and safer, and measuring your company’s ROI year to year.

Intervention, Prevention and Incentives

Risk Intervention

Risk intervention programs use incentive, education, and intervention to target reduction of identified risks. Examples include weight management, smoking cessation, and walking/fitness challenge programs.

Education and Wellness Training Programs

Corporate education and Wellness Training Programs are conducted at the worksite on current health topics, customized to the specific needs and health risks of the organization. Visit our Wellness Training Programs page for a categorized list of specific training topics.

Individual Follow-up Consultations

High-risk participants are provided consultations scheduled at one, three, six, and nine-month intervals in order to support their risk-reduction efforts. These consultations are vital for stimulating health behavior change. A registered nurse addresses health concerns and develops a sustainable health program either on-site or over the telephone.

Incentive Program Development and Administration

Wellness 2000 provides resources and assistance for the development, implementation, and administration of an effective incentive program based on your company’s guidelines and goals.
