Physical Activity and Your Health
To reduce the risk of heart disease, adults need at least 30 minutes of physical activity almost every day. You may have to take it slow and easy, but the most important thing is to try to exercise. If you are unsure about your health, then see your doctor before beginning an exercise program. Talk to your doctor if you have any of the following concerns:
Dizziness or shortness of breath
Chest pain or pressure
An infection or fever with muscle ache
